Principal Lighting Designer / Consultant

We are passionate about creating great illuminated environments; seeking same for long term principal relationship. Mastery of all facets of lighting and controls design, equipment specification, project packaging, and construction over sight required, as well as "big picture" understanding of the lighting marketplace and emerging lighting technologies. Must be exceptionally well informed, dynamic, seasoned, take-charge, and know how to bring out the best in people. 15 years design experience minimum, including 10 years team/project management and CAD literate. Portfolio and PE, AIA, IALD or LC required. Must be recognized as a leader and innovator among industry peers. Half of our work is high end residential with the remainder split between commercial, industrial and institutional projects. We have a strong environmental ethic, like to laugh, are team players and strive for a balanced lifestyle. Our HQ is 20 miles from Aspen, Colorado. Lighting Designer / Lighting Sales

Gifted designer with passion for creating great illuminated environments for demanding residential, retail, hospitality, office, landscape, and institutional applications. Strong artistic, technical, and sales skills required in all facets of lighting and controls design, specification, project packaging, and construction oversite. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse client types, design professionals, and contractors a must. LC preferred, minimum 5 - 10 years experience and CAD literate required. Lighting Purchasing Agent / Inside Sales

Individual with strong working knowledge of residential and commercial lighting and controls equipment and application. Must have experience in pricing, ordering and staging materials for projects requiring broad range of standard, specialty and custom lighting. Minimum 5 years experience in lighting / electrical distribution or as a lighting rep required. Hands on skills and electrical knowledge essential. Ability to provide multi-task support to lighting design staff and communicate effectively with diverse client types critical. Strong computer skills needed.
